Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your unused return within 30 days.*.

All returns require a completed Return Authorization Form in order for a refund or exchange to be issued, and all items must be returned in unused condition unless a defective exchange. Please note that all sales on close-out items are final and no returns or exchanges will be issued.

Refunds

Upon inspection of the returned item(s), a credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for the initial order. Returns within the first 30 days will be refunded for the full amount of the item purchase price minus any shipping.

We will not issue refunds for any unused products after 30 days.

Items obviously used, installed or returned in non-working condition are eligible for replacement under warranty only. Any item damaged by the purchaser are ineligible for refund, credit or warranty exchange. In certain circumstances a used item can be returned with a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling fees paid by Onyx from the original order are not refundable.

Exchanges

If for ANY reason, you would like to exchange your unused condition or defective product, we are glad to accommodate you at no additional charge.

Simply submit an order for the item you wish to purchase and then submit Return Authorization Form (RMA). Then simply send your item back and a refund will be issued 2-7 days from receipt.

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we can make special arrangements.

All exchanges are refunded at the value of the original order at the time of purchase, less our actual shipping costs which may be more than was paid for shipping at the time of purchase.

Discontinued items are not eligible for exchange.

Sorry, but we do not accept exchanges after 30 days from the date of delivery - Defective products must be exchanged.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your product arrives and has been damaged, please complete a Return Authorization Form and request an exchange. Damaged or lost items cannot be refunded after being replaced or reported as lost.

Please note, Onyx will not replace any items that are stolen, lost in transit or damaged when being returned.

Defective Products

We take quality very seriously and do our best to manufacture products that are durable and free from defects, and we will gladly accept any exchange for a product that is functionally or aesthetically defective at the time of installation. We will send you a replacement at our expense upon receipt of the defective item.

All returns are tested and inspected before a refund or exchange is issued and functional products or products with any sign of use or abuse may be subsequently denied for exchange or refund. Even if the return has been approved by the online form, Onyx staff can void the submission if the items are returned in anything other than new, usable condition. We do our best to accommodate every reasonable return request, so please contact us if you are unsure if your return will be accepted.

If a return is damaged when received by Onyx, we will either ship the item back to the customer, exchange if under warranty, or destroy the item if warranty is not applicable or desired by the customer.

*Return shipping at the expense of the customer. Any additional shipping fees paid by Onyx will be deducted from any refund, if due. Returns must be in new condition and unused. Damaged or not working items are eligible for replacement only. Onyx Performance Lights reserves the right to refuse service or deny claims to hostile customers.
